Training Program for Fresh Graduates
Marathon Motor Engineering Company (MME), in addition to its core activities of assembling and distributing autom otive products, is dedicated to making meaningful contributions to the communities in which it operates.
One of the key social responsibility initiatives of the company is its focus on reducing unemployment by providing job opportunities to citizens. Furthermore, the company is actively involved in enhancing the skills and expertise of professionals in the automotive sector.
In pursuit of these goals, MME recruits graduates with BA and BSC degrees from various fields such as Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, IT, and Accounting. The company offers short-term training programs to strengthen the capabilities of individuals working in the automotive industry.
Moreover, the company conducts training programs for Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) graduates at levels 3, 4, and 5 in areas like Auto mechanic, Auto body maintenance (Repair), and Electricity. These training programs have been successfully conducted for six rounds, with stipends provided to motivate and support the trainees. These training sessions are conducted at dedicated training centers established by the company.
Some of the trainees who have completed these programs have been offered employment opportunities within the company, while others receive certificates to help them secure positions in relevant companies.
MME has recently initiated the 7th round of training for Automotive Technology graduates, continuing its commitment to developing skilled professionals in the automotive sector.
To ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of its social responsibility initiatives, MME collaborates closely with Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) institutions and actively participates in Industry Advisory Boards aimed at strengthening industry-academic partnerships.
