Marathon Motor Engineering (MME) is exclusive Assembler & distributer for Hyundai Vehicles and genuine spare parts in Ethiopia. MME is looking for to hire qualified CEO Personal Assistant (PA) –Executive Assistant to CEO with ability to perform a wide variety of confidential, executive, secretarial and administrative duties.
Job Title: CEO personal Assistant (PA) – Executive Assistant to CEO.
Qualification:
- MBA-Masters of Business Administration /Business communication
Key areas of responsibility:
- Able to manage CEO’s primary resource.
- Must demonstrate deep administrative and organizational expertise to support the highest position in the company.
- Provide support services to the CEO that includes (calendar management, travel arrangement, event operations, reports and prepare requisite materials daily.)
- Follow or implement new processes and procedures to increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain 100% confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Liaison CEO between top management.
- Helping CEO achieving goals
- Acting proactively any issues.
- Monitor costs and expenses reports.
- Organize office and design system to maximize operations.
- Able to Understand CEO’s working style, Know CEO’s expectation to go above and beyond job description.
- Demonstrate irreplaceable
- Able to Understand CEO’s strategic direction to increase productivity and maximize customers’ satisfaction.
- Fully resourceful, capable and adaptable.
- Able to know when and how to take action.
- Able to respond to and resolve unexpected issues.
- Able to judge and take action on multiple issues at once.
- Able to switch gears quickly, open for judgment- accomplish task professionalism.
- Able to or must represent CEO in a positive and professional light.
- Able to demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Happily carryout the task for the good of the company.
- Need to maintain relationships with clients.
- Organize meetings.
- Responsible for overall managers’ activities.
- Give administrative support to top management.
- Accomplish task professionally and always put CEO instruction priority list.
- Keep reading and updating to learn and make CEO successful.
- Able to address executive needs those do not need direction to increase productivity.
- Volunteer for special projects, while keeping the office running.
- Have practice on management walking by around with CEO.
- Manage the execution of events and accommodations.
- Manage all aspects B2B appointment settings.
